What to Do If You Have Trouble Signing In

If you can’t sign in, check your email and password, reset your password if needed, or contact Abby Health Support.

If you’re having trouble logging in, try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check Your Email & Password

• Make sure you’re using the same email address you used to sign up.

• If you signed up with Apple ID, use “Sign in with Apple”.

2. Reset Your Password

• Tap “Forgot Password” on the login page.

• Enter your email and check your inbox for a reset link.

3. Clear Cache or Try Another Device

• If the app isn’t working, try logging in from the web portal.

4. Contact Support

• If you’re still unable to sign in, reach out via live chat or email at support@abbyhealth.com.

💡 Tip: If your account is locked after multiple failed login attempts, wait 15 minutes before trying again.
