Nearly thirty years in medicine takes you through a lot. Since qualifying in 1996 I've practised broadly, in general practice, GP anaesthesia and rural medicine, and it's made me hard to surprise.
These days much of my focus sits with metabolic health, things like diabetes and weight, alongside preventive care, longevity and men's health. I see all ages and most things that come up along the way.
My promise is plain talk and a sensible plan, so you always know where you stand.
Stop by when the time is right for you.
