
Most of the health that matters happens between appointments, in the small daily habits and choices, which is why prevention sits at the centre of how I practise. I'd rather help you stay well than only meet you when something has gone wrong.
My particular interests are chronic conditions, women's and children's health, and mental health. I draw on solid evidence, but I try to translate it into practical steps that fit a real life, not a textbook one.
