Lifestyle medicine changed how I practise. Before I trained in it, I studied medical science in Sydney and then completed my MD at the University of Melbourne in 2014, with hospital rotations in cardiology, obstetrics and gynaecology, and emergency medicine. Somewhere along the way I became convinced that small, sustainable changes often do more good than any single prescription.
That belief shapes my interests now: women's health, including polycystic ovarian syndrome and menstrual concerns, paediatric and adolescent health, chronic disease, and weight and metabolic health. I'm board certified in lifestyle medicine, and I hold further qualifications in child health and in reproductive and sexual health.
In a consult, I'll take the time to understand the full picture, then help you find a plan you can actually keep up with.
Let's work out what good health looks like for you, and build toward it together.
