A lot of how I practise was shaped in emergency and critical care, where you learn to stay calm, think clearly, and work out what actually matters in front of you. I carry that same steadiness into general practice now, whether the concern is urgent or something we manage together over many years.

My interests sit in paediatrics, chronic disease, and preventative health, and I care a great deal about continuity. Time in an Aboriginal Medical Service taught me how much culturally safe, patient-centred care can change how someone feels about coming in at all.

I grew up in Hong Kong and speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, so for some families that means one less barrier between you and being properly understood.

Reach out anytime, and we'll take it from there.
