I trained at Monash University and then through general practice, with hospital years at places like The Alfred, Cabrini, the Royal Children's and Mildura Base. That mix, city and country, big hospitals and small, shaped a practical way of working that I still rely on every day.

What interests me most is the long game: preventative and lifestyle medicine, metabolic health, cardiovascular health, and helping people live well for longer rather than simply treating problems as they arise. Women's health is a particular focus too.

In our consults, I'll look at the whole picture and we'll set a direction that's realistic for your life, not just your chart.

I'd genuinely like to help you think about your health for the long run.
