Forty-five years in general practice teaches you a few things. The main one is that most worries get smaller once you've said them out loud to someone who'll take them seriously.
I trained at UNSW and I've spent my whole career here in Sydney, caring for patients aged twenty and over. I've seen how medicine changes, but the heart of it hasn't: pay attention, explain things honestly, and don't hurry people out the door.
You'll find me steady and straightforward. Ask me anything you're unsure about, and I'll give you a plain answer and a sensible next step.
Pull up a chair, and tell me what's going on.
