Ten years in practice has a way of teaching you that most of the work isn't dramatic. It's the steady stuff: chronic conditions kept in check, a worry talked through before it grows, a child seen properly. That's where I find general practice most rewarding.
Alongside seeing patients, I supervise and mentor GPs coming up through training, which keeps me asking the simple question every consult deserves: have I explained this clearly enough for you to act on it?
My interests run across chronic disease, mental health, and women's and children's health, but I'm glad to help with most things you'd bring to a GP.
Make a start whenever it suits you, and we'll go from there together.
