I trained at Deakin University in regional and rural Victoria, then spent my early years at Royal Darwin Hospital, drawn to tropical medicine and Indigenous health. Those years shaped how I practise, and I've carried that curiosity into general practice ever since.
My interests sit in anaesthetics, palliative care and emergency medicine, and I'm now completing accreditation in lifestyle medicine. I'm fascinated by how nutrition, sleep, movement and connection can quietly change the course of someone's health over time.
In a consult with me, you can expect plain talk and a plan you understand, whether it's something acute or a longer road we're walking together.
Let's keep you well, not just treat you sick.
