Dr Charlie Goodman completed a Bachelor of Science and Arts at Melbourne and Monash Universities, followed by an MBBS at Deakin University in regional and rural Victoria. She has also completed a Diploma of Child Health.
Charlie spent her internship and residency in the Royal Darwin Hospital to explore her interests in tropical medicine and Indigenous health. She has undertaken her GP training with special interests in anaesthetics, palliative care and emergency medicine.
Charlie is currently completing an Accreditation of Lifestyle medicine with a focus on how lifestyle factors such as nutrition, physical activity, sleep quality, emotional health, social connection and minimising addiction can improve health, longevity and reduce the impact of chronic disease.
Outside of medicine, Charlie enjoys travel, time in nature and spending time with friends and family.
