Much of my work sits in women's health, and I came to it because so many of those conversations are the ones that get squeezed for time. Contraception, family planning, PCOS, perimenopause and menopause, pregnancy: these deserve room to be talked through properly, not rushed.

I trained in the United Kingdom and Australia, and I lean towards a preventative, whole-person approach. Patient education matters to me, because understanding what's happening in your own body is often the first step to feeling in control of it.

More than anything, I value the long relationships that build across the stages of a life, so you're not starting your story over each time.

Whenever something's on your mind, I'm here to help you work through it.
