I'm Dr James Mitchell. I'm originally from Ireland and completed my GP training in the UK before working as a doctor in Queensland, Victoria, and remote communities throughout Western Australia. My clinical background includes experience in emergency medicine, general medicine, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, oncology, and dermatology. I believe strongly in holistic, person-centred care, supporting people not only through illness but in maintaining long-term wellbeing. I joined Abby Health in November 2025 and work casually with the practice. I see patients aged 4 and over.
