I graduated from Sydney University in 2015 and started out at Blacktown Hospital, then trained in emergency medicine at Prince of Wales and the Sydney Children's Hospital at Randwick. Emergency work teaches you to stay calm and think clearly when someone's worried, and I carry that into general practice every day.
I enjoy the sheer variety of general practice, with particular interests in sexual and reproductive health, men's health, travel medicine, sports injuries and paediatrics. I'm an LGBTQIA+ friendly GP, and I want every person who sees me to feel they can speak freely.
Nothing is off limits here, so bring along whatever you've been meaning to raise with a doctor.
