Hello, I'm Chef.

After more than two decades practising in Africa, the Caribbean, and now Australia, I've come to think of medicine as a kind of careful listening. The same human concerns turn up everywhere I've worked. They're just dressed differently.

I'm a Fellow of the RACGP and hold an MBBS. I see patients of all ages, by video, and I'm comfortable across most of what general practice asks of me. Online care, in my experience, can be a particularly good setting for the patient who hasn't had a regular GP in a while. There's less to interrupt the conversation.

Whatever concern you've been putting off, I'd be glad to hear it; I've heard most things before.
