I trained at the Australian National University and began in radiation oncology, working at the Canberra and Port Macquarie hospitals, before general practice drew me in and I gained my Fellowship in 2018. That oncology grounding still shapes how carefully I think about risk and prevention.
These days I move between seeing patients, teaching, and research, with a particular eye on preventative health, men's health, oncology and paediatrics. Teaching keeps me honest, and reminds me to explain the why, not just the what.
Catch problems early, understand them clearly, act on them sensibly. That, more than anything, is what I hope you take from our time together.
