Do you deliver to my postcode?
Almost certainly, yes. Abby Health delivers medication to every state and territory in Australia, including regional, rural and remote addresses.
Some very remote communities have limited courier coverage — in those cases, the app will offer e-script or Click & Collect as alternatives, so you can have your script sent to the nearest pharmacy that works for you.
To check: go through a treatment plan and enter your address on the Find delivery address screen. If a delivery option isn't available, we'll say so up front.

Do you deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers?
Yes, in most cases. PO boxes and Australia Post parcel lockers are supported for medications that don't require cold-chain handling or signature-on-delivery.
For cold-chain or controlled medications, we need a physical address with someone available to receive the parcel.
What if I live in a remote community?
Abby was founded from Broken Hill. Reach and access have been part of how we operate from the start — our Chief Medical Officer practised there as a GP for 35 years before joining Abby.
For remote addresses:
If delivery to your address is genuinely difficult, contact our patient care team and we'll problem-solve with you.
Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?
If your order is still at the Order confirmed or Pharmacy accepted stage, you can change the address through the app. Once dispensing has started, we may still be able to reroute — contact our patient care team and we'll check.
Can I save multiple addresses?
Yes. Add as many delivery addresses as you like and choose which one to use each time you order. Addresses are saved under your account and can be edited or removed at any time.
You can also nominate one address as the default for auto-renew deliveries.
What if my address needs special delivery instructions?
On the Find delivery address screen you can add notes that travel with every order — for example:

Is there anywhere you can't deliver to?

Is same-day delivery available everywhere?
Same-day Express delivery is available in most metropolitan areas when ordered before 9pm on a weekday. Coverage is expanding — if your postcode is currently Express-eligible, you'll see it as an option at checkout. If not, Regular delivery is still fast and reliable.
