Joanne Kok is an experienced Nephrology Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of expertise in renal care, dialysis management, and chronic disease treatment. She is a compassionate healthcare provider who excels in patient education and multidisciplinary care coordination. Joanne’s dedication to integrating telehealth innovations has improved access to care for renal patients in both urban and remote settings.
Joanne is passionate about professional development, renal research, and contributing to innovations in digital health. Outside work, she dedicates time to mentoring nursing students and advancing her expertise in chronic disease management.
Dr Bosco Wu is a fellowship-qualified general practitioner based in Sydney, Australia. He graduated with his MBBS from Australian National University in 2010 and subsequently obtained his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2018. Before specialising in general practice, Dr Wu undertook training in radiation oncology and worked at, amongst others, the Canberra Hospital and Port Macquarie Base Hospital.
In his general practice role, Dr Wu’s interests include preventative health, men’s health, oncology and palliative care, mental health, and paediatrics.
Dr. Ramu is the Founder and Clinical Director of Abby Health, bringing more than 35 years of experience as a Specialist GP. He graduated with his MBBS from the University of Queensland in 1989 and completed specialist GP training in Broken Hill under Dr. Donald Howarth and Dr. Peter Belbin, achieving his FRACGP in 1996 and FACRRM in 1998.
In continuous practice in Broken Hill since 1991, Dr. Ramu has been serving the community as a GP since 1992, making him the longest-serving GP in Broken Hill. He further broadened his expertise by completing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of New England in 2001, adding legal insight to his medical practice.
Dr. You Sheng Chong is an accomplished General Practitioner specializing in family medicine, emergency care, and chronic disease management. With comprehensive experience across diverse medical settings, including emergency departments and general practice clinics, Dr. Chong is dedicated to providing holistic, patientcentered care. His multilingual abilities and dedication to mentoring medical students further enrich his practice.
