Abby Health restores three pillars of comfort:

1. Understanding. Care that understands you. Abby AI surfaces patient history so clinicians start informed. Abby AI is decision-support: it never diagnoses, prescribes, or replaces clinician judgment.
2. People. Knowing someone cares. Editorial, character-driven storytelling from founders to clinicians to patients. The care network is the brand.
3. Where. Help that's closer than you think. Australia as a brand asset. Broken Hill clinic, RFDS lineage, the egalitarian principle that postcode should not determine care quality.

Abby partners with homeless shelters, domestic violence organisations, and Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Services in the Northern Territory. These are not CSR initiatives. They are patients receiving the same care network and clinical standards as any private patient.

## Compliance and clinical governance

- All clinicians are AHPRA-registered. Registration numbers verifiable on the AHPRA public register.
- Clinical Director Dr Bosco Wu sits on the AMA NSW Council.
- All prescriptions issued under TGA and Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme guidelines.
- All weight loss medication referrals are drug-class only in public communications, in line with TGA advertising guidelines for Schedule 4 medicines.
- Bulk billing is available for eligible patients meeting Medicare Benefits Schedule criteria.
